How does the 14 days trial work?

After you create your account, you get instant access to all Agilewords features for 14 days. We don't require a credit card during the trial, so you get to use Agilewords obligation-free.

What happens when my trial expires?

We will email you a few days before your trial plan expires. You can buy a plan from your client account page. If you don't purchase a plan before the end of your trial, you will automatically be downgraded to our free plan (1 Author, 3 documents in review maximum).

What are Authors?

An Author is usually the document owner. An Author can upload documents, schedule reviews, and manage the overall review process.

Do you offer an Enterprise plan with volume discounts?

Yes we do. Don't hesitate to contact us if you have specific needs on security, document workflow or business processes for instance. We'd be happy to help if we can!

Can I stop payments at anytime?

Yes. You can switch to the Free Plan at any time or close your account. We do not provide refunds for unused days.
