Your Agilewords data is yours
We've built and run Agilewords so that you can manage your product or service documentation information online, and we treat this position with the highest importance and your data with the strictest of confidence.
When you enter your data into your plan on Agilewords you can be certain that only you and those people you provide authorized access to, from the "Administration" section, can see your plan. We have implemented comprehensive security in Agilewords to provide you the highest level of privacy and will not provide any other third party access to any information unless required to by Law.
What do Agilewords people see?
We maintain a secure administration interface over the whole Agilewords application, across all customers so that we can better understand how Agilewords is being used to maintain and improve the service. We never look at the detailed data from within your plan unless requested by you or with your permission. Our interest in the data held on Agilewords is limited entirely to how we can improve the Agilewords service for you.
Data Storage and Location
Agilewords uses third party hosting partners to provide the necessary hardware, software, networking, storage, and other technology required to run Agilewords. Although Agilewords owns the code, databases, and all rights to the Agilewords application, you retain all rights to your data.
Your Personal Details
We collect information such as your company name, name, and email address when you register with Agilewords and store it in our database. We never disclose this to any third parties except for the following circumstances:
- It is necessary to share information in order to investigate, prevent, or take action regarding illegal activites, suspected fraud, situations involving potential threats to the physical safety of any person, violations of our Terms of Service or as otherwise required by law.
- We transfer information about you if LiveTechDocs is acquired by or merged with another company. In this event, LiveTechDocs will notify you before hand and let you know if you become subject to a different privacy policy.
How We Use the Information We Collect
We use the information we collect to:
- solve some of the issue you reported when using Agilewords service (only when necessary)
- inform you about the latest company news and service update.
You can control whether you receive such emails by following the instructions at the end of each email we send. You may also opt-out by sending an email to support@agilewords.com. We may also use the information you provide to allow us to contact you for administrative purposes; for example, to tell you about changes to our privacy policy.

We use commercially reasonable security measures to protect the loss, misuse, and alteration of the information under our control. However, we cannot guarantee the protection of information against interception, misappropriation, misuse, or alteration or that your information may not be disclosed or accessed by accidental circumstances or by the unauthorized acts of others. Disclosure
Agilewords may disclose personally identifiable information under special circumstances, such as to comply with the request of Law enforcement agencies or when your actions violate the Terms of Service.

Agilewords may periodically update this privacy policy. We will notify you about any significant changes in the way we treat your information by sending a notice to the primary email address used on your subscription plan, and by placing a notice on our website at Agilewords.com.
